Pacquiao agreed to blood test: 24 days before and immediately after the match. The test right after the fight would show everything. But random tests would just ruin Pacquiao's training.

Pacquiao had blood taken from him 2 days before Morales' first fight, he lost and he talked about it why he could not deliver.

Let the Olympics do their own testing. If one Marion Jones got through series of blood tests, how could you rely and be confident that it is the ideal test.
