Googling around it seems this was filmed at the Bowden Jubilee Community centre (about a mile away from me). The place hasn't changed much- they run toddler groups and Bridge evenings amongst other things....Great quality footage and sound. The other place they played in Alty was 'The Check Inn' which is now 'Totties' lap dancing club (not that I have been of course....)
As for jyotriveda2's 'cheer up' comment - he's 31/2 now, a real grown-up....so he knows life isn't always cheerful, doesn't he?? He knows one vital part of music/art and literature (whichever you want to call this) is that it touches the listener, makes you feel as if others have had the same feelings, and makes us all feel less alone.

True true but the thing is people will always say "ah this is like genius" or "this is the truthful interpretation of soul through sound" but the thing is people get assimilated quite fast especially the masses so I think the best music is the balanced one no matter what genre.
