So, Mr. Harvey was unaware that our national government declared bankruptcy in 1933....? Now, Americans live in a quagmire of financial ignorance and misunderstanding--and ONLY the American PEOPLE can accept the fact and fix it.
@ProgMetalLover I would say WPXI for certain. I'm a pittsburgher and David Johnson has been on that channel for as long as I can remember. From Wiki: David Johnson (1985-present)
Thank-you God for good guys like Mr. Harvey. Just shows you how bleeped up those fucks the Clintons and their like really are. Yes, Thank-you for Mr. Harvey, he was good to listen to on the farm.
oh wow...thanks for uploading this! i am 32 but I grew up listening to Paul Harvey by way of my grandfather. my parent's always watched the local CBS news casts and we'd get a visual Paul Harvey commentary such as this daily...I don't know if this is from a local CBS program or not. in response to the other comment labeling Paul a "right-wing hack", Paul never hid his conservative political views, obviously, but he never spewed venom over the airwaves in his political opining as is normal today.
I'll miss him...i was listening to a 1963 broadcast of his when he was 45...think about it...he was 45 in 1963 so this is why in my opinion he actually had credibility when making commentary about how he saw the world since he actually experienced practically everything going back to the depression...being born in 1918 as he was, he was 20 in 1938 so his views mirrored a lot of people of his era, obviously, but in no way can he be confused with an Andy Rooney-type who deliberately riles people.
Prescient words from a great American. Thank you Mr. Harvey for all the joy and common sense wisdom you imparted during your lifetime. RIP sir.
