  • awesome, the dodgy accents were made up for by the awesome helicase dance

  • no mention of "single stranded binding proteins".... these prevents the 2 strands rebinding after helicase seperates them.... now you have a more complete picture of DNA replication.

  • Thank you for the advice?...... We kinda wrote it, filmed it, and put it together the night before it was due, so it was exactly as well thought out at it should have been. But thanks again for pointing that out.

  • how do you know they weren't putting in errors to keep you thinkin??????

  • just to make it more clear.. the parental DNA strand is read in a 3->5 direction NOT a 5->3 direction (which you incorrectly illustrated) whilst the new DNA is synthesised in a 5->3 direction. Other than that good job.. a mention of DNA proteins A,B and C would have been useful also. ;)

  • noticed a mistake.... 3:50 you correctly said that the newly synthsised DNA is made in a 5->3 direction , however you have wrongly labelled your diagram... swap the leading and lagging labels around..

  • lol@ use of forks!

  • Glad you liked it :D

  • they look like idiots

  • If idiots can clearly describe the process of DNA replication and other various biological processes, then I'm glad we look like idiots.

  • amazing!!!

im still not 100% sure about it but it makes so much more sense!!

    thanks!!!!

  • Glad to help....at least partially. :D

  • lol that's to funny. i love that accent and the clothes XD that's really something only you americans do. but it's not bad

  • Heh a bit dorky, but this clearly explains everything (plus the definition boxes are good too). Nicely done.

  • AHHHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA every time i see this!

  • hey i know those people!! You guys are geniuses for sure!!

  • This movie ROCKS! ahaha! I loved the dances and the dorky student. What was this for?

Great job!!!! hahaa this makes science fun. I wish my school did something like this!

  • AMAZING!!!! How do you do it?!?!? I am in an awe-struck!!! I would enjoy the replication of pancakes! mmmmm pancakes....ahhhh *drool*
