no mention of "single stranded binding proteins".... these prevents the 2 strands rebinding after helicase seperates them.... now you have a more complete picture of DNA replication.
Thank you for the advice?...... We kinda wrote it, filmed it, and put it together the night before it was due, so it was exactly as well thought out at it should have been. But thanks again for pointing that out.
just to make it more clear.. the parental DNA strand is read in a 3->5 direction NOT a 5->3 direction (which you incorrectly illustrated) whilst the new DNA is synthesised in a 5->3 direction. Other than that good job.. a mention of DNA proteins A,B and C would have been useful also. ;)
noticed a mistake.... 3:50 you correctly said that the newly synthsised DNA is made in a 5->3 direction , however you have wrongly labelled your diagram... swap the leading and lagging labels around..
awesome, the dodgy accents were made up for by the awesome helicase dance

If idiots can clearly describe the process of DNA replication and other various biological processes, then I'm glad we look like idiots.

amazing!!!
im still not 100% sure about it but it makes so much more sense!!
thanks!!!!

Heh a bit dorky, but this clearly explains everything (plus the definition boxes are good too). Nicely done.
