@andyjg48 Oh, you're just trying to see how many responses you'll get from typing such a silly comment, right? lol And, if by chance you're serious, I have got to know who you consider a "good band". Come on - let's hear (read it).
@Bjowolf2 You've got to realize that to Phil, this is a peice over 30 years old and truth to tell, he probably hasn't thought of it much. Last tour they played it on a bit of it in 1983. Plus, he is infamous for forgetting the words.
Absolutely hysterical... Genesis doing Spinal Tap... Phil learning his own cover material searching through the CD for the verse and chorus changes.. Had to be tough to get reacquainted. Difficult to play live indeed.. Human nonetheless!
@heras1976 Nice! Thank you. ;) I'm trying to decide what my next purchase will be, either the 76 boxed CD set, the movie set, or this....you've just make my decision harder. LOL!!
@heras1976 OMG. you're not kidding! I just bought the dvd and I'm absolutely stunned at the amount of behind the scenes footage on the thing. This video doesn't begin to scratch the surface. I feel like I've gone through the whole pre-tour process with them, step by step. It's like the concert is the bonus feature! LOL!
Wow! Grand stuff that I have never seen before, and likely will never see again. Raw footage of the boys working it out. Brilliant footage, and I thank you for posting this awesome classic song and pieces of work. Nice!

Collins forgot the words??? He is an asshole!!!! Prog was good in the 70s and he was part of it, but sold out to crap as did the rest of the band. Love Hackett and Gabriel....

@SynthOrgan There's nothing most useless than Tony with a guitar! lol. He's good enough on the keys! There's no reason for so much anxiety in appear with guitar in hands, great Tony! XD
Got it graceful but at the same moment disreputable Phil dont remember the lyrics and this become in home by the sea ...Maybe million dollars delete your memo!!!
honestly: have you ever done theatre or had to memorize anything lyrical for some time..work on different things for years,,and then be expected to get it back just like that?it is human not remember all things perfect. And funnily it is well known amongst actors that it gets HARDER over the years and the anxiety GROWS about memoryloss. And especially in songs, when verses are similar it is so easy to get the wrong phrase..come on.
Thanks for posting this. Ripples has always been a favourite of mine along with "Entangled" from the same album, and several from Selling England. Great to hear Phil's voice in such good shape. I've never been a great fan of Daryl's playing (live) but here his acoustic shines. Why are the sad songs always the best?!
The most remarkable thing about the 2007 tour is how Phil found his own singing voice..he managed to get to complete control. genesis-fans know: it has nopt always been like this.
he got emotional and often got rough, even lost his voice.
i wished he would have worked on his drumming also like on his voice..

Delicate works in a hotel room beautifully, but didn't really work in stadiums, the 1980 tour version would have been much better.
Best delicate Genesis song, closely followed by Entangled.
