@muffty1337 It is a dead cat. That is the nature of the the real world. It died of disease. Richard took it away. Feral cats live short, uncomfortable lives.
It is heartening to read all your comments and know that my work with these lovely creatures is appreciated .To you Michael i send my heartfelt thanks for doing all that you can not only to help me yourself but for trying to promote the work that i do with all those who love animals and want to help them. You are right in saying that the going is tough both physically ,financially and most of all emotionally ,but these animals need us ,we are all they have, and they give back so much love .
It is wonderful to see people that love and take care of these less fortunate felines. Martha and her organization deserve to be acknowledged for their important work and to receive help in their efforts. Thank you for sharig their story with us. =^.^=
@Radtechgirl Thanks for the comment. As you say her work is important and it is not easy. The hours are unsociable and the work sometimes difficult. She does it because it has to be done. Martha has given over her life to helping unwanted cats. Richard Vella her partner is extremely competent and he works full-time as well!
I admire the idea of educating children on cat care taking. I think is a very good way to teach the next generation on how to treat animals with respects.
@tiffy3k Hi, I very much agree with you. I think this is one of the more important aspects of Martha's work. It is much better to stop abandoned cats than to mop up the after effects of poor cat ownership. That is why I was pleased to be involved, photographing her giving a talk. The school we visited seemed to be excellent. Disciplined and interested students.
some people might think that the video shows a dead cat
in the lower left corner at 1:37...
please tell them that it's not! :)
