I love the way they made all the band members wear make up and fancy hairstyles, but you can see it didnt suit any of them. You see this often in bands from the 80s and its usually only the lead singer who can get away with it because the other members are usually not pretty enough haha

From about 1986 on, I was a kid who listened primarily to alternative music, but I still knew every single song in the Top 40 and even liked most of them. Kids today don't get handmade flyers for shows starring their best friend's brother's band in someone's garage. It's without feeling, this "music" today. A real shame.

What most especially appeals to me about this song is that it was popular when I was a shy senior in high school, making plans to attend a local, U.S./Mexico Border university. In spite of the fact that this band was a one hit wonder, this song has musically all the elements of vintage, pop eighties music. Too Shy Shy will always endure as a great song

Riding my dirt bike to wherever, playing games on the Atari 5200, collecting baseball cards, collecting lightening bugs, playing wall ball baseball, stick ball, and practically anything and everything else outside, pool hopping, Solid Gold, Fri. Night Videos, and then coming home as soon as it got dark in the summer time. It was the best!
