Most of those rules are very true. East Assyrians say that we speak East Syriac but Chaldean is actually kind of a 3rd dialect because we combine rules. We use the 'a' in shlama instead of o. and we use 'p' instead of f. but then we use the th instead of a t and a hard H sound instead of th kh sound. we mixed the rules so we speak kind of a middle ground between both.
