I hope Joe is right about some future Stargate project!! I was sad to see that all the SG1 and SGA props from the show were sold at auction and just learned that it looks like the last Stargate conventions are scheduled for 2012....Still so many loose ends that faithful fans want and need cleared up--or more fantastically--continued!!! I miss SGA so much and its still incredulous that it was cancelled when its fan base is so devoted and huge--internationally too!!

Joe's so polite to still be wiling to talk SGA for 12 minutes even 2-3 years after it ended! I wonder if the Japanese lady who wanted pornographic poses is the same one who asked Joe if he played Sheppard as in love with Rodney, or something along those lines. It was at the Chicago con. Ha. Great interview, thanks!

Thank you for posting this! I can find no fault with the Japanese lady's temptation. :D

I enjoyed Solitary Man tremendously and agree it was a high point for SGA, but I would have hated for that to have been the last ep. I think he meant that "it should have been the last" in the sense that the episode was an artistic achievement, but ending with altSheppard bleeding out in the desert, knowing a signal made it to other realities, would have been even more miserable than the rollcall balcony.

@alexhaskett Can you tell us about your meeting Joe?!!! I see Joe as someone who has great presence when he is in a room . Is he like that in person or is he unassuming??!! Oh how I would love to go to the convention on August 2012 to meet him!!!

@caseyk928 I was pretty nervous as i always am when i meet someone i'm a fan of but he was pretty laid back and really nice which made me feel at ease and left me being happy that i'd made the trip upto London.
