Ah yes, they edited the video cutscene. In Japanese version, it says "To Nobles, Welcome To Earth."
In the EN version, it simply says "Welcome to Earth".

Depending on the path you took to get to this point, there is another mission in this place that you play for the Orca. Unless you are talking about a different mission than the first one shown?

I just learned the soundtrack (Cosmos) in this stage, they don't play the whole sonud track. Do you know why?
