Of course its an emulator... He doesnt have hookshot and yet has all of the other items. This is a glitch in the cheat for the Project 64 emulator. The all equipment and quest items cheat does not give you all of the items. it doesnt giv you the jars, hookshot, bomb bag, and some other items.
