  • We really like your videos here at shiftdotms, I myself started Tysabri back in June of last year and havent had a relapse since (compared with four relapses in the nine months prior to that) it took a few months, but I did start noticing an improvement in my symptoms, I hope you start noticing improvements in the coming months too :-)

  • HI there, Just wanted to reply to your video. My wife is the 32nd case Tysabri related PML. She is currently very ill and now requires 24/7 care. However, Tysabri is a personal choice and best of luck with your treatment. For more information please see my website The Deferno Trust (looks like you cannot post an actual link) Thanks Declan Walsh

  • @declanrwalsh Hi Declan. I am so sorry to hear about your wife, I hope she is doing okay. I think its great that you have created this Trust and I wish you and your wife all the best for the future.

  • Hiya Gillian, I'm on Tysabri since August 2008 and I feel great about and I like Vern got out of a wheelchair after my 3rd infusion used a crutch till after my 7th and never looked back I was told I had very aggressive RRMS I relapsed every 4 or 5 weeks but since I started Tysabri not a single relapse and all my MRI's have been stable and my neuro said there's a marked improvement in my MRI's since I started.

    I don't know if I'm JC postitive I never had the test done. All the best :)

  • @markolad Wow thats amazing! I am genuinely so thrilled to hear that Tysabri has had such a wonderful effect on so many people! And I am also glad to see there are still people out there who take it with the JC Virus. I wish you all the best and hope you continue to have positive results! :)

  • Hi Gillian;

    I hope you have wonderful results on Tysabri. For me, I got out of a wheelchair three months after I started Tysabri and I just had my 67th infusion. And, yes, I am JC virus positive but have no plans to stop taking the drug. Best of luck to you!

  • @vbeachy Wow thats wonderful! I am so glad the treatment has worked wonders for you! As I said I have only heard positive stories about Tysabri which is extremely reassuring. Its also nice to hear that you have been on it for so long and still feel positive about it! Best wishes to you! :)
