  • Gorgeous spiders girl! I have sixteen lol!

  • Some people pretend they are tough on the internet. They probably are skinny little nerds that would get beaten up if they did this out of their rooms lol!

  • ...at which point you both choke on each others ejaculation- fuck you

  • "killerclown" and texaswag what ignorant d bag's you are. Instead of trying to understand somthing your first reaction is to harm it- you two should go stomp on each others balls until simultaneus orgasm.

  • @NeilSpires lol killerclown just told me that tarantulas fangs cant penetrate human skin...shows how fucking stupid he is.

  • i'm scared of spiders to..well not of all..i can live with daddy long legs and those tiny ones you can hardly see but i can't go to sleep knowing there is a house spider in my room..it's not like i find them disgusting or sumthin like that..and i would never crush or stamp on them cause i know they can't harm me...it's just that fear i can't explain...but there again i think they are so fascinating and that makes me keep reading and watching stuff about them...especially tarantulas..

  • You are awesome!!!! If my parents werent spider intimidated I would Love to have one, I love spiders!

  • I'd love to stamp that freakish piece of shit.

  • @killerclown789 the only piece of shit here is you

  • @sultaa86 You hurt my feelings.

  • @killerclown789 i even think i actually do eventhough you're just sayin it cause you wanna mess arround

  • What was that big one on the bottom shelf of your bookcase on the left (1:16)?

  • if i saw those in the wild i would smash them into the ground and probably have a heart attack or have a seizure

  • i killed like 3 of them today ..texas is infested with them ...hhhahahah..i love kicking them around, then i step on them ..

  • @TexasSwag817 your a black hearted douche bag, i hope one crawls on u while u sleep and bites u in the nuts or on the face lol.

  • @HatesStupidPeople194

ur fucking stupid ..there fangs can't penetrate threw the human skin dumbass

  • @TexasSwag817 are u fucking kiddding me? of course they can they are as sharp as daggers u fucking moron. people get bit all the time. A goliath has up to 2 inch fangs. ur a fucking retard cocksucker. go try it then if u dont believe me...douche.

  • @HatesStupidPeople194

well there different kinds of terantulas ..some can and some can't ..people around here pick them up all the time .lol my homeboy pick one up and pull all its legs off , then stomp the shit out of it...they only come out once a month durnin matin season then we kill them ..lol fuck it ..thats life

  • @TexasSwag817 yeah there are some dwarf species that dont get over 2 inches. same with the younger ones. Yeah i pick my tarantulas up all the time but they are from the rain forest and super beautiful so i could never hurt them. but Goliath bird eaters have up to 2 inch fangs, and its not so much the venom u have to worry about, its getting stiches from such a huge bite wound.

  • @HatesStupidPeople194

well good for you fag now goo fuck off dickhead

  • @TexasSwag817 lol go fuck urself ass

  • how old do tarantulas get?

  • Im not the bigest fan of spiders but im thinking a about getting a rose hair tarantula and wanted to know how many times a week or so do you have to clean there cage. You may be thinkin why would i get a tarantuls if i dont like spider. Well I really dont know why I just think it wouls be cool. But i dont think i would handle the tarantula as much as others would. thanks bye

  • @xokylieox841 Just pull out any dead crickets when you see em, and clean the poop(if any) maybe once a week. Change water 2-3x a week & change the substrate once a year, if that. Very simple. Register at arachnoboards(dot)com and you will get all the answers you need.

  • Don't they bite or are they de fanged?

  • @ChidoriFreak23 If a spider is defanged, it will die. Most spiders aren't going to bite unless they are really bothered in what they take as a life threatening situation. Grabbing, any form of squeezing, or protecting their nest are the usual 3 reasons for a spider to bite a person. Constant poking could get someone bit also. I handle spiders myself and haven't been bit yet. Only time I ever got bit was when I was a child, I happened to grab a wolf spider and it dry bit me; no venom released.

  • i´ve got a brachypelma smithi and a avicularia metallica, too. and you´re right, the can run Fast! since i know that i never handled her again xD

  • it is just so cute when she makes the peace sign at 6:09 and then you join her...your spiders are so nice...my spiders are only householding spider size ...taking care of flying critter and bigger bugs......

  • cjam, this is blackend72..i have the same hobby as you ,and i got a big question 4 u..i just bought a cobalt blue..and it just bit me good and held on to my hand 4 about 30 sec...what is going to happen to me???is it going to be like a bee sting???ive been following u for awhile, and i love what your doing.....i wish i could chat with u cause i got a lot of questions 4 u,plzzz respond,tks....:)

  • @blackend1972 Hey I'm curious what happened to you.

    Haplopelma's pack quite a punch.

    How was that?

  • @thehat222 hey there u are again hat lol

  • I used to be afraid of spiders until I started lifting weights. Go figure haha.

  • I like fuzzy spiders

  • Are they agressive?

  • Omg i couldn't do that aye, i'm not trying offerend with ur hobby but i hate bugs in general, my mate saw that she would sream her head off she hates spiders to the max. U got nice teeth hehe i know that random i just envy ur teeth :D u seem like nice people.

  • did you say,... METTALLICA 5:17!!!!!

  • for some reason whenever i am watching videos l;ike this i think a spider is goona come up and crawl over me

  • you have an amazing collection very nice. I just have a curly hair but shes really nice.

You can see her feeding on my videos. An your welcome to watch my dancing crickets :)

Always wanted a tarantula an was happy when i got a chance to buy my spider with the set up i got.

have changed her surroundings a little more but some tree bark in her new home. i live in uk, we dont have these spiders outdoors. So happy i have one now i think there beautiful creatures. really nice pets

  • Oooooow I would just love's it over your's house YES! All them spiders most people just do understand that spiders got's wiles! Yes sad but true! You can go mad over a spider, wanting to touch it. I don't know why nature had to make velvety soft spiders? But it wonderful yes! Haha I have two tarantuls a rose hair named Fuzzy, and a coasta rican named Velvet.

  • you have some great videos love them all and thanks for all the info you give

  • wow amazing collection i just started to collect tarantulas i have a couple chilean tarantulas atm one is 4 years old and the others are babys

  • do you think a mexican red knee tarantula would be a good starter trantula bc i think i might get one and if you no the cost of them can you tell me thank you

  • im very scared of spiders (not hysterically screaming) , usually when i see them i instantly must crush them

but your video made them seem less scary , thank you

  • @doomisclose My main goal is to educate and help eliminate fear. I'm glad it's working for you!

  • i had a metallica but she died a week after i got her i think she was sick.

  • im terribly afraid of them but they look cool

  • I have serious arachnophobia and I've been trying to "desensitize" myself through a gradual series of disturbing pics of large spiders...your site, however, has made me less afraid of spiders then ever! Not that I would ever own one (EVER!), but I think I might hold one of your "docile darlings" for a few seconds without regurgitating prior to passing out - - so good job with making people feel kinda "warm and fuzzy" about these hideous eight-leggers. I'll stick with my dogs for now :)

  • @imacceptingbut That's really cool! Good for you for facing your fears!! I'm glad I could help :)

  • @imacceptingbut I am terribly afraid of spiders too. I caught a hobo spider yesterday, and i kinda like it. Im trying to overcome my fear, and its working so far. I also caught a Big Woodlouse hunter, and it watches me sleep. D:

  • @MrFoghat40 Oh Lord!!! I'm not at that point yet at all!!! As for any spider watching me sleep (especially one with the name "Big Woodlouse") it would be death - either the spider would be captured and crushed, or I would die of a full cardiac arrest when it crawled on my face in the dark of night. Awful!

I think I might have a few more years of 'spiders-are-your-friend' therapy LOL!!!

  • hey where do u guys live? i love tarantula too

  • 5.47 mins , no way is that spider a female !!!!

  • @bionicpineapple ... um, yep. Female.

  • @cjam12

She a skinny little one then ;]

  • wwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo wwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww

  • please could you do one just on the curly hair .. I have a 4 cm one and would love to know what they can be like.. I have a b.smithi subadult that is always up to some thing even moving it's substrate around or trying to push against the lip of it's tank.

  • She may be a reincarnation of a tarantula, or a tarantula eater.

  • omg lol O.o

  • that's an awesome hobby but my mom said its a huge no =(

  • Do you hava a Cobalt Blue, if so can you make a video of it.

  • your freaking awesome!!!!!!can i marry you?

  • where did u get thise kool posters? :)

  • lol omg ew, i hate spiders sooo much, lol ew

  • Unless you want to freak a normal woman out, don't ever sign up for Wifeswipe. It would be funny yet freaky. I would laugh. I love it when they do wives like that.

  • haplopelma lividum is one of the beautiest, and also Chromatopelma cyaneopubescens is amazing, but I agree that Avicullaria family is very pretty and verisicolor is beautiest :) Poor they are very delicate :) I have some spiders too ^^,

  • You go to churches?

  • Great collection you have! I'm a big avic fan. Really enjoyed this video.

  • i JUST BOUGHT A CHILLI ROSE THE TANK TO IT HAS HARD WOOD CHIPPINGS AS THE BASE OF IT IS MOSS A BETTER BASE FOR THE SPIDER PLS THANKS A MILL

  • It actually found a picture of a poecilotheria nallamalaiensis and uniformis!

  • How many T's do you own? 30?

  • Another cool video. Just the other night I had a female Wolf Spider trampling around my house, she had a egg sack with her. I made a video of her you might like. I let her go after I was done, Spiders are good animals (this you know already) If and when I get a "T" for myself I'll make a video of it. What is better to have a male or female or does it matter? I plan handling it, I used to have whiptail cave spiders and they tamed down fast, ugly as hell though, I loved them. lol

  • @SuperHarmless I assume you want it to live long so I would get a female. Mature males have a shorter lifespan than females.

  • ignorants fucks like you should die

  • i have never herd it refer before as a white toe?

  • hehe i see a Mattel Football and a Football 2 there... you collect led handhelds also? anyway. i was wondering what spider to get for me and how about feeding her/him/whatever... never had one but i really admire them :)

any info is highly appreciated. btw i live in Greece

  • I'm gonna show this to every person who freaks out about my pet rat.

I kinda wish you guys lived close to me, so I could call you when Giant House Spiders wander into my place and scare the crap out of me!

  • people did that for me with my mouse

  • can u help me name my rose hear

  • How about Petunia?

  • ur last one i held one at a pet store he bite me i get it

  • Are there ever any problems with cannibalism when mating tarantulas such as this? Either with the male and the female or the female and offspring? I believe you're not supposed to leave the hatchlings with the mother, but, some spiders display some maternal behavior, though I'm not certain about tarantulas and their ilk.

  • I loved it im a member of your website.

  • Hey cjam12 :) I was wondering, what do you think about the Chaco Golden knee? Are they pretty docile? What are the most docile species of tarantula?

  • SOMEONE DROPPED OFF 2 GILA MONSTERS..... Arent those the huge poisinous lizard?

  • ya they r poisonous

  • Actually, Gila Monsters are not technically poisonous, but they have a reputation for a very dangerous bite. This is because their mouths are host to a lot of dangerous bacteria, and while the bite itself won't kill you, gila monster bites are very prone to potentially lethal infections. If you get bitten, seek immediate medical attention and you should be fine.

  • hahaha I would never be able to convince my girlfriend that I could get a tarauntuala

  • I love how I think tarantulas are some what cute but the regular spider I see in the house scare the hell out of me.. Weird, at least to me.

  • I have a question. i just bought a rose hair and its about 3 inches across. i bought it with no intent to handle it but watching all these vids i would like to. what are the chances of it biting ? do you have any tips for geting her out of the cage i have her in hats what im worried about. thanks

  • Wonderful presentation of your beautiful eight-legged friends Carla. I have eight little beauties myself. I especially love raising them from spiderlings.

  • Only english speaking countries use common names and the rest of the world scientific names.

  • are you trying to say that no other language has common names for things? lol

  • If you use latin names spider people all over the world will know exactly with sp. you are talking about.

It can easily be missunderstandings when u use names like, redleg, redkne, brazil zebra, brazil striped ect ect.

  • Common names should not be used imo

  • eh, it's easier to remember. You only really need to know scientific names if it's a spider you own (or you're a dealer / expert)

  • i have a 4 ft long argentina rainbow boa too lol love the rainbow irridescent to it lol xD and a pac man frog he's big fat and happy lol xD and BITES ouchies lol xP sad to say only my frog has biten me lol not my 2 tarantulas or snake lol xD

  • i am scared silly of spiders but there is nothing more interesting than spiders. they are amazing.

  • I'm just a beginner tarantula hobbyist I currently only have one tarantula (mexican red-rump) and I always wanted a aphonopelma chalcodes, but I always thought they were aggressive, but this video proves they're not. I'm going to go buy one now.

  • My guess is she's never seen "Arachnophobia" or "Kingdom Of The Spiders". I doubt she would let the last spider crawl on her if she had seen either film.

  • i've seen those and like a lot of spider flciks and i still love tarantula

  • Me too... I've seen Arachnophobia too, but I still bought a Chromatopelma Cyanopubescens. I don't fear her, but I do respect her and I've only picked her up once. It's sometimes hard to tell if she's standing still and enjoying the warmth, or if she's napping. If she's napping and you near her with a hand, she suddenly runs and is in chock. She will probably bite, if I touched her while she was napping, so I'm a little afraid of picking her up.

But the movies didn't make me fear spiders...

  • I'm arachnophobic + seen both "arachnophobia" & "Eight legged freaks" n I love tarantulas :)

  • Hi my name is Matt and a question do rose hair tarantulas burrow at all

  • you have amazing tarantula hey. i have one chill rose tarnatula and 1 pink toe and 1 regalis.

  • you love spiders!! O_O

  • @ 1:17 is that a real one in the bottom tank lol my jaw dropped!

  • naaa you see it later in the clip its a picture of a tarantula that says underneath it "amazing spider" or something like that

  • how does it feel when the hair touches you?

  • itchy.... not a real problem if you didn't get a face full of the hairs ;D

  • Great video. My neighbor JasonLongboard was bit on his special no no place by a tarantula. I think it thought it was a wax worm,

  • ROFL!

  • great vid ,u know your tarantulas and also ur interesting to watch and listen to not like a lot of T keepers lol .1 question though ,why is the white toe your fav?

  • Thanks for posting your vids, glad I am watching from the safty of my home ha ha

  • Although I freak out whenever a spider bigger than a daddy-long-leg comes near me.... i thought that was pretty cool. don't the spiders ever escape from their boxes, or bite you [i thought tarantula bites were poisonous?!]

  • Yes, but you don't have to go to the hospital for most of them, and they only hurt as much as a wasp sting.

  • Wow ur awesome! I want spider Tatto also! I love spiders and want to be in australia so i can have a tarantula!

  • Great video! Do you recommend a heating pad on the side of the cage for some of the more tropical species? I keep my home at about 74 degrees and i was thinking my Venezuelan Suntiger might need one. She already molted once and eats ok.

  • will they bite you, have u been bitten before?

  • hi cjam i just wanted to know if you have a website and what are some signs of molting

    please comment back

  • Its in her profile on Youtube.

  • Hey! Glad we could be good spider influences to you!

  • oh, more educational videos would be great!

  • u r so lucky

  • have u ever been bit?

  • you should get stick insects, they are easy to keep, and will add to your colection. plus, they are quite good money if you sell the eggs, they lay about 10 eggs every day, indian stick insects dont need males to produce eggs and males are so rare i have never seen one in my life.

If possible I would really appreciate if you could (when time permits of course) put out a vid on feeding. Again, tanx for taking time out to help the likes of me. • i was just wondering how long does it take a brachypelma smithi to grow from sling to adult?

  • I have 34 T's now & the newest one is a 7 7/8" T.Blondi. She is very calm & passive to handle. If your holding her though & she starts walking she can be a little tricky to catch. First day I had her she went up my left forearm to my shoulder, across the back of my neck & started down the back of my right shoulder before I caught her. Then just let her step from hand to hand until I eased her into the eclosure. The hairs got on my forearms & yeah-feels just like fiberglass.

  • why didn't you handle the t-blondi?

  • He's new and maybe agressive...

  • WOW! those are some cool looking gigantic spiders!!

  • holy shit! Im getting a mexican redknee... can anyone tell me what to do if my tarantula has babies? won't they eat each other eventually? please respond

  • REALI IT WILL BE MY DREAM.

  • Being stuck in that house would be my worst nightmare! lol - ur a braver person than me

  • omg lol how many crickets do u need lol! hey i need some help... im getting a rose haired tarantula and i need to know if i should get a small cage like you or a 10 gallon....

  • you could, but tarantulas have poor eye sight

    and a larg tank may stress her/him;

    i keep mine in a 3 1/2 gal terrarium.

But i think it would be ok in a 10 gal

  • Do you ever spit on your big spiders?

  • Hi spartant16. That can sometimes happen to T's. It's a bit like puberty with teenagers. :) I don't know how big your tarantulas is, but I've experienced the same thing with my late B. vagans. For a while it was quite docile, rather shy than agressive, then I just moved the tongs close to it, and and it jumped on it and stiff like that (I almost got bitten). Your T. can be too stressed. I suggest you leave her alone for a while (weeks or more) then try again sometime. Good luck! :)

  • hi my name is kyle. i have talked to u before about my t's. i have a chilaen rose hair that i bought from a pet store in Oct. She molted nov. of 07. before she molted she was friendly and didn't mind being held. But now she has molted, she is pissy and flicks her hairs when i try to hold her. It just seams that her demeanor has changed since she molted and now she eats crickets up like there is no tomorrow. Will she ever come back to that loveable, easy to handle girl we know?

  • you do seem to know a lot about your pets!! i love to listen to people who know what they are talking about or who love what they do

  • why didnt you handle the T. blondi

  • madtarantulaman, this happened with me once too. :) I sugges you put a wet piece of lettuce in the enclosure, and most of the baby crickets will come and sit on it to feed, and you can easily grab them out this way. Well, at least easier than hunting them down one by one.

  • i have a question...ive got a rose-hair tarantula and i gave it 2 crickets and they had baby crickets and there all over the place...what should i do 'bout that?

  • awesome vid I have a pink toe its a femal and her name is rosie!

  • my tarantulas name is rosie 2...shes a rose-hair tho..lol
