What is reverse therapy? I have all the symptoms he was talking about. i've been told by doctors that I should go on anti-depressants. Seemed absolutely ridiculous to me considering my therapist told me that I don't have a chemical depression. I have extreme fatigue and sort of insomia, just feel a mess overall and am looking for some treatment that works.
