Genesis was wayyyyyyy too fast. If you can, set an encoder to adjust BPM. for transitions, as you get to the change and the BPM's are a decent distance apart, meet bring it to about half way. When the crowd has gotten familiar with the new song, bring the BPM to where it should be (Optional: Bring it to the rounded whole number, then type in the BPM). That's what I do when I practice at least. This isn't coming from a professional. Just a hobbyist, for now.
@CotionOfPonfusion Thanks for the feedback, I did this a while ago when I first started using ableton and this was just my first test of using my apc20, but your right, it does sound better when genesis is slower, problem is I can't update this video with the slower BPM so just pretend genesis is slower :)
