The ISEA members need to take responsibility for waht goes on in the classroom. The fact that they protective of inept teachers is simply scary.

To fix education we must, A) scrap no child left behind, B) give parents the choice as to which school their child attends, rather than requiring they attend a specific school based on residency, and C) abolish the teachers union so that good teachers can be promoted and bad ones can be fired. We DON'T want Federal Gov't involved in Education. They are the ones who have cause the most problems over the last 30 years.
