If youve seen how he holds his keyblade, i think this is actually a correct picture. Vens fightning style is for speed, not Power like Terra's or Magic like Aqua's. if anyone notices, he holds it like Luke Skywalkers Apprentice from the Clone wars.

@ghostman557 yes that is. the one in the birth by sleep game, they modified it so that the Teeth are on the other side. Its hard to explain why, but they changed it because they didnt want the characters to hit enemies with the teeth, but the "pole" part instead. if you looked at The Gathering scene in kh2, and the Birth By Sleep trailer in kh2 final mix, you can see that Ven's keyblade looks just like that.

@shadowsofshadow It's not much of a difference, but hitting with the "pole" is faster, because trying to strike with the teeth makes your strikes slightly slower because the teeth cause a kind of imbalance as opposed to swinging with the completely blunt end.

No he didn't. This is the original design of the Keyblade from the Birth by sleep secret video of KH 2 FM.

It wasn't redesigned with the reverse grip until after this.

Note that it also has no keychain (nor do Terra and Aqua's) here. These are early designs of the blades.

Limit Form? Those are all of Sora's move from KH 1 that weren't initially in KH 2.

The BBS trio can use them as well but that's just because they can be equipped as abilities.

That is Ven's keyblade, the other one in the gameplay was probably one of the other keyblades he used, if you didn't know about Kingdom Hearts and the series, then characters are able to use more than just one keyblade
