  • Tom, shut your stupid mouth and don't open it again.

You're sick, you're a sick boy! You need help!

Leave your groovy wife with me and go to a shrink.

  • R.I.P. Tom, you will truly be missed.

  • can someone, in a unbias way, explain to me what exactly is scientology? im so confused between the aliens and God..

  • leave him alone

  • 240p... we meet again.

  • @agusprox

    ClickToFlash, the mp3 isn't 240.

  • Tom Cruise needs to leave scientology, its such a scam

  • omfg who are these commentators about how celebrities act? "I'd like t see a little more humor" It's not a movie douchebag, and he's not there to entertain you. Douchebags, get a job.

  • Jim Carrey is a actor that is actually surprisingly enlightened and intelligent. I only say this because Tom Cruise wants to be so enlightened that hes above everything, but you need to realize enlightened people are reserved and wont go out of their way to convince people their way is the right way. Really that religion is clouding him from good judgement.

  • Don't care what ppl think of Tom. As long as Katie leaves him. She's the real victim. Tom is now not fit to be around any human being, in a suitable way. He has a mental disorder along the lines of borderline, not matter how good he is at acting.

  • Cant understand why people trust crappy drugs like that.

But are against stuff like marijuana, kinda weird..

  • Well Tom is right about Anti-Depressive Drugs.

    People should not take them.

Heard that doctors give it rather easily in america.

It's crap and will make you even more depressed :)

  • tom cruise locked him self in the closet and wont come out.

  • C'mon, he's a terrific actor, I love watching his films and he seems like a nice enough guy, just because he chooses to follow a faith that is odd, or different, doesn't define him as a person. Can't we just let him be who he wants to be, you don't judge an actor for being buddhist, or catholic etc, so we do we brand these actors for being who and what they want to be?!

  • Cruise was talking about aderall and ritalin (essentially amphetamines) when the issue was anti-depressants. He's an idiot w/no business speaking out on such things. He never even went to college. He knows how to get married, get divorced, act, have way too many kids and promote scientology. He should be ignored & treated like Sarah Palin.

  • @eqsmooth

The issue was about anti-depressents, Paxil to be exact. Brooke shields was promoting it in her book. And now years later, if you google paxil... you find out about the huge class action lawsuit, the horrible side-effects it caused when they started prescribing it to children (anti-depressent INCREASING suicide sounds good right?) Birth defects & all the other side effects. Tom cruise may be crazy, but he was also right. The pharmaceutical industry is out to make money, not help people

  • Wow! You are a fountain of info, NOT! I know plenty about Paxil & how Big Pharma is against people, not for them. Did you even read my comment? It was not in defense of of Big Pharma. It was ripping apart that schmuck Tom Cruise. He knows nothing about psychiatry while I've studied it and even spent the day in Freud's apartment and offices. Cruise didn't name one anti-depressant. He spouted off about adderall & ritalin, two prescribed amphetamines. Why would he do that? He never mentioned Paxil.

  • @eqsmooth

His ORIGINAL comment was about Brooke Shields promoting Paxil in her book, for her postpartum depression. It was BEFORE this interview. It's WHY this interview was even taking place. Adderall / Ritalin were just examples he gave here, about the subject overall and how prescription drugs can be dangerous, abused, addictive, etc. It seems YOU'RE the one who should be looking into things more closely before commenting on them. G'day!

  • @mangaas The point is that given his "EXPERTISE" in psychiatry he never should have mentioned the amphetamines. Those specific drugs should not even be considered when the subject was post partum depression. He screwed up as he always does when he lets the Scientology stuff spew out of his clearly ignorant mouth. The dude was recruited into a cult instead of choosing a University. He isn't dumb, he is simply ignorant and arrogant. Not to mention highly confused.

  • @eqsmooth

It's hard to admit you're wrong on the internet isn't it? again:

"Adderall / Ritalin were just examples he gave here, about the SUBJECT OVERALL and how PRESCRIPTION DRUGS can be dangerous, abused, addictive, etc."

Considering his overall stance on psychiatry and prescription drugs, It makes total sense and it doesn't detract from his original point in any way shape or form. He may be a weirdo scientologist, but that doesn't change the fact that 3 years later, he was RIGHT.

  • He is a horrendous actor and a nutcase.

    YUCK, YUCK, YUCK

  • I think tom has a point somehow. & i dont see why people should hate him. No life he's probably more successful than all of you talking trash. I love him.

  • What a load of shit - $cientologists accuse psychiatry of being behind the holocaust - now he's saying that "its a personal choice" ??? Give me a break - That cult needs to be banned, barred and wiped off the face of the planet, its a sick organisation that is nothing more than a money hungry group of psychopaths

  • It's ridiculous how people analyze this stuff so closely.

  • this time he's not gay

  • TOM CRUISE = Mr Satan Cult Worshipper !!! $cientology $atan !!!

  • I dont care about his beliefs but he is a trashy actor

  • The truth shall set you free!

  • UNLIMITED POWAAAAAAAHHHHHH

  • Tom needs something to balance him out. He seems like he's going to have a Mel Gibson moment in the future if he doesn't.

  • @corebare going to?...

  • in control? LOL

  • Wow the host is so far up tom's arse he's sharing a toothbrushing. As someone who's on anti-depressants I can tell you they work for me which should be good enough for me and anyone else. As for tom, that boy's all kinds of crazy I'd be worried to be in the same room as him to be perfectly honest.

  • "I would have liked to see him with a little more energy" maybe see him tap dance as he apologizes

  • Tom Cruise should be the guy he acts in tropical thunder in real life, then people would respect his ass

  • Tom Cruise is a fantastic actor. Idc what crap he believes in, that's his personal life.

  • @RockAustinDXtakerRk0 To right hes one of the best actors in the world

  • Tom's a good actor and this performance is no exception

  • Who the heck does he think he is judging anyone on how to deal with their problems or what to do????

I respect people's religious choices. But, can't stand people who have the need to shove those choices in our faces. Him believing in scientology gets crazier when he tries to persuade others about it.

  • you see.....a little Xanax does wonders!

  • WHO THE FUCK ARE YOU, TOMMY CRUZ, TO SAY WHAT A WOMAN NEEDS DURING POST PARTUM?!!!!

HUMBLE YOURSELF TOM.... OR BE A FUCKIN' IDIOT - FOREVER.

  • wow, people even criticizes apology's, fucken rats

  • crazyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy.... the pinky and the brain

  • What we all regret is that Tom and the rest of his cult weren't the victims of the holocaust.

  • @george77772moons that is the most terrible thing someone could say.

  • short comment

  • @longhornfansatic01 is short.

  • I believe everyone has the freedom to believe in what they want. And whatever those beliefs we should respect them.

  • In one of his interviews, advertising Scientology, he said that he wants to help people and cure the world - some people literally would kill themselves without anti-depressants, so he isn't helping them by insulting their usage or trying to prevent people from using them. What a twat!

  • Scientology proves how all religion is complete shit

  • @mahem46 In 2002 popular antidepressant luvox was taken off the market. Suicide rates increased after removing the drug, and it was reinstated in 2007. It's easy to say don't take the drugs, there are other ways, however this statistic clearly shows some people need antidepressants. Until TC discovers a viable way to treat depression without drugs, he should shutup. TC said "there is no such thing as a chemical imbalance". I took this arrogant statement to mean depresion isn't a real condition.

  • @angelzpoo Well, "depression" is natural. It's your mind's way of telling you that something in your life isn't right. I think it's better to change your life for the better, than to take drugs that allow you to keep on living in the same way that was making you depressed. Westerners are far too dependent on drugs. I swear that drug companies are inventing "diseases" just so they can sell drugs for them; like ADHD, restless leg syndrome, etc... Give me a break.

  • @ektrules you're not correct there. Depression isn't always 'your minds way of telling you that something in your life isn't right'. Studies suggest there are physiological reasons for depression, for example a low or high level of a specific neurotransmitter such as serotonin, norepinephrine or dopamine. Sufferers of bipolar are likely to have first-degree relatives with mood disorders, and the identical twin concordance rate is 80 percent, as compared to only 16 percent for fraternal twins.

  • @ektrules this suggests that the reasons for depression are physiological and genetic rather then environmental. What antidepressants do is aid this chemical imbalance.

  • @angelzpoo Ok. Maybe I was generalizing too much. I have no doubt that some people's depression is mostly physiological, and it might be best to treat these people with drugs. But I don't think 10% of Americans suffer from this. If that was true, the emotional state of "depression" would be far too common to be considered a disease, and would be more like a normal personality trait and/or emotional state, IMO.

  • @ektrules depression IS far too common for most people to consider it a disease, and the phsiological reasons for the illness are often ignored. the reason for this is the 'diagnosis epidemic'. diagnosis's are so frequently given that the condition becomes 'normalized'. Is this wrong? Most people would say yes however there are two sides to the arguement. Kids with ADHD get funding from schools and those who need it just as much aren't getting it, so psychiatrists diagnose these kids with ADHD.

  • @ektrules i'm sorry, i forgot to specify. the kids they wrongly diagnose with ADHD often have other disabilities.

  • Fucking noobins.

  • I'm not a big fan of antidepressants either. It's not a matter of whether or not you want to be depressed or not...but it is your decision to get medication. With depression, taking meds won't do much good if you don't try to find the root of the problem as to why you are depressed in the first place. Most Dr's today just want to give you meds and send you out the door. The meds won't last forever...but if you don't take care of the problem...it will be there to resurface it's ugly face.

  • u know what gets me about tom...he speaks totally different with oprah than he does with other interviewers..he wouldnt have the balls to speak to oprah the way he does with others..matt lauer asked him the same damn question as oprah...with matt he said..."matt matt matt" but he was all nicey pie with her...shows the power she has doesnt it.

  • I can sum Tom up in one word - NUTS

  • I just feel bad for the girls who like this actor. Sure, he might be good looking, sure he might be rich, but his personality is just too freaking much to bear.

  • @goeben86 Well, there is a reason why Chr. Bale was inspired by Tom Cruise when he did research for American psycho. Bale saw Cruise on Letterman and noticed his empty/dead eyes behind all the celebrity performance.

  • He says he disagrees with the use of anti depressants and that people choose to be depressed?! What - depression isnt a real condition?? Well it has to be true because DR Tom Cruise says it is. What really shits me is that when people dare say he is wrong about scientology he sues them. Tom Cruise has no empathy. he would say depression isnt real .. i mean look at him.. loads of money, fame, good looks. a person needs medication for depression like a person needs medication for heart disease.

  • @carnagekdd your mom is 90% scientology lol

  • it doesnt mask the problem. it shields it.

  • EL RON Hubbard: Mediocre Science Fiction writer, Alcoholic, Gambler, who took the bet of his life BS'ing around a poker table that he could create a religion and attract and eventually attract a huge following. Those around him thought him crazy and took him up on it. Decades later...here we are with "I'm not a medical doctor but I did stay in a H.I. Express last night, and I do hold the metal dildos in my hands 3 x week, so I'll share my 30 sec. of wisdom on psycho-pharmacology" ala Tom Curse.

  • The TRUTH of it is there's no difference between a person who needs medication for depression and a person who needs medication for heart disease. They're both MEDICAL ILLNESSES. Educate yourselves, people. The heart is an organ, the brain is an organ.

  • drugs are not the answer, tom's right, in the long run you'll be alot worse.

  • @ogfunk187 when ur depressed ure not supposed to be on only antideppressives for like 5 years. ure supposed to combine the pills with good psychology/psychiatry during perhaps 1 year or less to quickly get back on ur feet. the thing is its extremely hard to get well by only discussing ur life with a psychologist/psychiatrist and its even harder to get well by only taking pills. but these 2 combined can get u back on ur feet quickly and lessens the chance of u gettin depressed again

  • @No0bT4rD. in my experience alexander tech or feldenkrais are FAR more better than psychiatry.

  • @ogfunk187 and wat kind of experience is that?

  • @No0bT4rD lots

  • oh man being rich puts a lot of low lifers on your dick

  • If ppl spent the effort they put focusing on other ppl and put it in for themselves..we'd see some real changes in the world.

  • Just cause the mass majority doesn't believe in what someone says, doesn't make him a fucking nut. I'm willing to believe in influenced some ppl. I don't see how being happy on oprah makes him crazy. I don't see how him getting pissed at that reporter on the red carpet for spraying him with water was unjustified..I don't see it. I see a real fucked up world..judgemental and apparently still as ignorant and unopen to ideas as it was back when Charles Darwin was around.

  • Certainly, he's a fine actor, and was coached how to respond. I'd say he was truly being honest though, and the enthusiasm he played on Oprah was a lot of nervous energy, and probably some drugs or 4 pots of coffee. Katie in the Oprah Incident was horrified and tried to hide as he chased her, but realized she had to support him, despite his erratic behavior. I wonder if he had completed OT IV at this point. Personally, I think Scientology is a money scam.

  • Most people like the characters Tom plays, not Tom when he is himself. When he plays a fudge packer he will be playing an autobiographical role.

  • He's an idiot, I like his movies but outside of that he isn't on the same planet as everyone else.

  • wtf fml ftw

  • See, no matter your money and social status, anyone can get cought into being brainwashed into some bullshit.

  • $cientology is a brainwashing cult that thinks psychiatrists were responsible for the holocaust. Fucking unbelievable.

  • @ScottKeith7025 you have your beliefs and we have ours...nothing you say will change anyones beliefs so save your energy

  • @GravitySoar you're brainwashed, save yourself and your money, get out of $cientology you fucking moron, it's a transparent scam. Just let it go.

  • @ScottKeith7025 uuhh...yea.well, at least your not like "Scientologist believe in Zenu!!"kinda guy.At least you have your facts right. That I respect as a Scientologist.

  • I think he was on drugs. May be just highhhhh!

  • Showbiz tonight should be shut down.

  • Well, Tom Cruise is a great actor, but his scientology stuff is just retarded.

  • wtf is this shit? they are embarasing them self

  • tom cruise wont come out of the closet

  • what an ass hole lol

  • wow, did this guy buy into his own hype or what? he believes he has super-powers & shit

  • PLEASE no more energy from tom...

  • Every religion is stupid

  • @fearIfinch

I feel the same about every post you make. Teeheeheee

  • whats there to believe or not. some people get depressed, theres a medicine, who is he to judge. f#cking cult goner. he is a total goner.

  • he'll be back in control when he gets out of that cult of $cientology and gets on some pych pills.

  • @twinkledryad HA!THAT IS EASILY THE BIGGEST BULLSHIT I HAVE EVER HEARD!!!OMG...YOU ARE HILARIOUS!!!

  • @twinkledryad now all we need is john travolta

  • Tom Is well, he is OT 7.

  • @twinkledryad take ur meds and stfu

  • and to think there was a time when cruise was a badass action hero.

  • MrHelpmehelpyou - Absolutely spot on mate. The nut wrote about buck-toothed alien perverts & deluded old ba*tards like Tom Cruise belive this Scooby-Doo clown nonsense. It's the most insane concept to even think about believing in. What a scary human being he's become.

  • life is just depressing sometimes

  • I love that Frankie Boyle comment about going to Tom Cruises house for dinner.

    Katy Holmes has probably written

    "GET HELP" in the peas.

  • I agree with last comment.

  • he has a point, people on pills for depression usually end up topping themselves.

  • Tom Cruise is a dumb-ass Scientologist that follows a con-man, occultist, child molester named L.Ron Hubbard. Oprah is blinded from seeing what is really going on with crazy ole Tom.

  • He shouldn't have been given the platform to talk about this sort of thing in the first place. Because he's an arrogant, wacko, in denial cunt

  • Of course it was set up. Jeez it's fucking tom cruise.

  • what bad did tom cruise did? pls answer if u knew it,,,

  • watch?v=EcgIxfNim7o

  • Thankyou. I love Tom. Great actor.

  • «AIDS is a state of mind, not a disease.» — Scientologist Jenna Elfman, Daily Radar, December 1999

  • HOW THE HELL could oprah put tom cruise on her show again ?!

  • I need antidepressants to deal with the fact that the world has become a place where everyone has to be on antidepressants all the time in order to be even remotely close to being happy.

  • @arisechicken82

dude i have no fukn clue what you said, but im going to smoke a few bowls and il try and read your comment with more understanding

  • I find that cannabis is a good antidepressant.

  • exactly! if doctors perscribed pot instead of zanax and all that other shit then people would be so much more happy...

    and prolly healthier

  • yeah, just give 'em vaporizers so it doesn't mess up their breathing and... all set!

  • dude u should run for president,, pure genius!!!

  • you're DAMN RIGHT HELL I'M DEPRESSED RITE NOW CAUSE I AINT GOT NO WEED

  • @chocolytesprynkles Lol tome cruise. nuf sed

  • I noticed that he is one short ass little shit.

  • The media destroyed Tom

  • I need more couch jumping and forcing women to appear on command.

  • @jayce79 Hell yeah

  • who the fuk are these snivelling little cowards to question what tom cruise says or doesnt say. i mean look at them..grown men talking about whether tom cruise should have said brooke sields shouldnt take anti deps..for fuk sake GET A LIFEEEEEEEEEEE U UTTER BASTARDSSSSSS.. I thought british tv was bad but you americans have got sdome real dumbed down bollox show and some really creepy presenters.look at these tow guys..probably couldnt even change a friggin fuse.

  • lol yeah, trust me, theres nothing but evil here in america today, in the mainstream television. all these roll models that teach kids to fuck up everything they do. seriously, it is bollox. nice to see that there are people out there in the rest of the world that see it, cause hardly anybody here can, nothing but a whole bunch of innocent brainwashed people, men that leave their children, and women that want to kill themselves because someone calls them pretty and they can't believe it.

  • love tom and his family

  • So do I.

  • the founder of scientology el ron hubbard was a freakin science fiction writer.. how could anyone possibly believe that bullshit

  • @MrHelpmehelpyou drugs help

  • @MrHelpmehelpyou

    There names are celebrities.

  • @MrHelpmehelpyou Watch out, they're gonna come after you for that comment, lol...believe that and you'll believe anything.

  • @MrHelpmehelpyou I heard he told his son that he was going to write this whole Scientology bullshit and see how many people he could get to follow it. Turns out he was pretty fuckin influential.

  • @MrHelpmehelpyou L.Ron Hubbard,Retard.and where have you gotten your info on Scientology?try reading a book that Hubbard wrote, not an article you read on some shit ass website written by a Psychiatrist pacient doing ritalin, which is actually made on the same materials COCAINE is.

  • @quinteiro123 Your levels of stupidity astound me.Scientologists make this world dangerous - fuck off and die, all of you.

  • @LiquidShizzles wow.you actually LOOKED through the comments just to piss somebody?Let me tell you-that IS dedication. You deserve the Nobel Peace Prize.Congrats,champ.Oh,and have I nice day.Peace to the world to you to!Now,kindly fuck off.

  • @MrHelpmehelpyou every religion has little credibility, because there's no physical evidence that the holy book or whatever was written by directly by god's words. Anyone could of written the rules passed it on to blind sheep so they control them.

  • @MrHelpmehelpyou Did u ever think that maybe he predicted the future! that maybe somewhere over the rainbow aliens do exist?

  • @MrHelpmehelpyou He was? That's freaking hillarious... Lol...no wonder the name then, might as well have called it the Doctor Who cult XD

No seriously it's weird, but then again there's weirder stuff out there, in the end Tom might be crazy.. but then he is allowed to be different.. it isn't like he's done anything really... well other than a fool of himself..

  • @MrHelpmehelpyou well, how could anyone believe in the fucking bible? its not about believing, its about living the way of life and taking advice from the story that are told... i mean...come on.... no rational person could really believe in religion.

  • @MrHelpmehelpyou that is the most single minded comment that i have read today. and i cant believe it got so many thumbs up. writers are the wisest out there. because he used creativity to write a book about something made up, he is now a loon? isnt that the equivilent of saying how can anyone believe the bible?

  • @MrHelpmehelpyou if you're rich and don't have anything to do with your money, you'll do :s

  • @MrHelpmehelpyou the founder of mormonism was a guy looking into a hat that no one else could look into, judeo-christianity founded by people who knew nothing about the universe, etc. all religions and faiths are idiotic by nature

  • @MrHelpmehelpyou Because people are fucking stupid.

  • what's up with tommy?

  • RIP Tom! :(

  • RIP Tom:(

  • the media r jus so sad an god who r these people talkin , NO BODIES,nd forever will be...

  • Bloody hell your condemed if you do or if you don't !

Tom's more honest than the people interviewing him.

  • Lol Hubard died from taking phsyc drugs.

  • Tom said that it "came out wrong" to save his own ass. Didn't work for me...still think he's a lunatic!!!

  • Getting on Oprah to do "damage control" is definitely a GOOD PR MOVE.....Oprah's follower's are a bit different than scientology followers in that they wanna give people that tick them off the benefit of the doubt....lol

  • oprahs "followers" are moms who have nothing better in their lives so they look at the good and bad in other peoples lives to try and feel better about themselves

  • I just watched war of the worlds with Tom Cruise and its the best catastrofic film in its genre i ever seen.

    Go Tom!

    5p

  • catastrofic is actually spelled catastrophic..... sorry to burst your bubble unreal607

  • everyone is a fucking critic these days.

  • tom cruise a good liar from all those years of acting

  • Acting is not lying! It's telling the truth...

  • tom cruise is frickin nuts,,,, , i think when you accumulate that much money it just goes straight to your head and tom cruise is not a god

  • I now someone who met Cruise once at a local bar in Barbados. He said that Cruise LOVES cracking jokes all the time and he's quite a charismatic person. However, do not get him started on Scientology because he will NEVER finish!

  • Tom is not a medical professional . . . He is an actor who believes in Scientology and has no position to give others medical advice. He has just got so arrogant about his own life and health that he has to put down others who are not so blessed. I am not sure why people still support him and go to his movies when he looks upon the public as 'unfortunates'.

  • Tom Cruise is one of the few guys in the world that could get ANY girl he wants, and he got Katie Holmes.
