  • What brand is your mixer?

  • @cremaster0 Kitchen Aid.

  • i just made these so good ! i dip them with a pierced spatula, and they slip bery good from it

  • Is it just me who doesn't like the taste of soft pretzels?

  • you're gorgeous. i have that same chefs knife. it sucks. get a better one pleasee

  • i love your recipe but your not advertising kitchen aid!!!

  • @noteslate1 I am not paid by Kitchen Aid or anyone else. I am simply a mom and wife who likes to bake and I enjoy using my Kitchen Aid mixer for baking cookies, cakes, and breads!

  • The school cut pretzels where i live... all my friends know im a pretzel addict... this shall help me..... :D

  • Thank you so much! All the recipe sites I've looked at are missing steps or not specific enough about certain things...

  • @yvonneisyvonne I am glad this helped you. It was the first time I made soft mall pretzels, but sometimes it helps to visually see the steps before deciding to make something like this, that is why I decided to film it. :)

  • Awesome pretzels! Another tip is instead of freezing them, put the long rolled out pretzels into the baking soda water and then form the pretzels.

  • A tip -->Just so its easier to work with. After you have shaped all your pretzels. Let them rise, then stick them in the freezer for 1 hour. Now it will be easier to dip the pretzels into your baking soda/water solution. Put them on your parchment and let sit for about 15 minutes so they are defrosted. Less difficult and you end up with pretty pretzels...Then bake! <3

  • @LuckyHiroDelGato Awesome tip!

  • Thank you for sharing that tip, I will try that next time I make these.

  • you can just mix the baking soda and water together in a spray bottle, then spray the solution on top (i worked at a pretzel place in the mall one summer in high school) haha.

  • Honey mustard....good idea!

  • Mmmmm! They look delicious. Very good vlog by the way. Where is the honey-mustard for dipping? :-)

Congrats on your first attempt! You give me inspiration...
