The exact wording I've used was: "Having no detailed Terms of Service in place makes an affiliate program vulnerable to a particular group of affiliates that are actually looking to take advantage of merchants that do not spell out what is acceptable, and what is not."
One example may be found by fast-forwarding to the 3:28-3:42 section of the footage where I talk about trademark poachers. I discuss the other types in my blog.
