@asdj780 No we can't, you might not be aware that if you get bitten once by a komodo, that you will most likey within an hour or more. If a komodo is near you, you would most likey survive by getting to higher ground even though i think they can climb trees but it is better than being on the ground with it... There is also a reason why they are in captivity on an island and not wandering around indonesia...

actually the komodo isnt the largest... its believed theres a type of species of monitor lizards (in relation to the komodo) it looks like a komodo dragon but about 50 times bigger. i believe i was told it weighs up to 3000 pounds,,, its lives in a rainforest biome.. and though they havent been confirmed extinct yet no one has seen them alive or their dead bodies only their skeletons... there have been bones found that are beleive to have been dead for only around three hundred years

Komodo Dragon is Poisonus, so I don't think they are eatable. in fact they are the one always eat human. They are so huge, and could size as big as Big Aligator. in Indonesia 50-90 peoples died/month eaten by Komodo Dragon.

the comodo dragon is not really a relative to the dinosaurs it is actually a relative to the snakes that started developing shortly after the dinosaurs became exctinct :)

It looks like a Baronyx but it's actually a Stratiotosuchus (a proto Crocodilian or Crocodylomorpha) It lived and evolved in the middle of the cretaceous to it's end.

It wouldn't be a Baronyx because it doesn't have the large single front Claw to catch fish (that I can see). Also, if they were recreating life-size it would be about 7 times larger. It's the right size for a Stratiotosuchus.

If it's meant to be a Baronyx, they have a bad Paleo-Artist.

crocodies and aligators arnt under a "lizard" classifications, the close thing would be the crocodile lizard, witch only grow to around 16-18inch long, then to point out further theres the aligtor lizard, not sure about there exact size but they are small to and dont git big,(if u ppl are counting aligator and crocodiles into the lizard classification then u would be right because they can max out at 20 feet long*thats double the 10 feet for those of you that cant do math)
