Harper doesnt get it. hypocritical statements, since the government "sells and produces" drugs all the time. Drugs should not be a legal issue at all. It is entirely a health issue.

drugs are not in the rise among youth, they are actually declining...the most likely drug abusers are those in there 30's...and this "new" strategy is actually the same as mulroney's in '87...yet again more bullshit and no actual proactive thought...legalize, regulate...it will save us...
