This is one way to do this and though it may not be toxic or use flammable stuff, it is still dangerous. I read that putting the powder in a small tube and holding that in your mouth will keep it dry and project it better. AGAIN, DO NOT TRY THIS UNLESS SOMEONE WHO IS EXPERIENCED IS WITH YOU.
