@seksykhmaigirl well the hmong people are WRONG...and dont worry im hmong too...my mom told me that its hmong food but at the end my dad told me that its not...its lao/thai food...we just like improve it better...and kind of lazy...because we usually just boil the chicken instead of doing it her way...or the lao people say...

Hey, I make this all the time, but instead of using both bhang khao jao, and bhang khao neo, I use tapioca starch and rice flour... Is there a difference?
