  • on 05.18 she uses a kitchen tool. What is the name? I like to buy it aswel :)

  • you just changed my life!

  • fascinating!

  • tbsosnj,

Actual cheese or soy cheese is made by heating milk or soy milk and mixing it with a coagulant, which separates the milk out into liquid; mostly water, & solid; "cheese." Because this nut cheese is not a liquid to which a coagulant can be added, but a raw solid to begin with, it won't ever harden up like a regular cheese. It's also highly perishable, so you have to eat it quickly--not tough to do since it's yummy! Hope this helps : )

  • :] this is a great video! but I have a question, can the cheese mixture be put in a container and refrigerated into a hard cheese? I'm not a raw foodist, just vegan and disappointed with all the vegan hard cheeses out there, but this looks really good!

  • Have you tried the brand Cheezly? The super melting mozzorella on pizza's etc is delumptuous and tastes awesome!

  • @tbsosnj There is also another brand in the US called Daiya Cheese. Apparently it tastes and melts just like real cheese, but is only made from pure plant sources. No wheat, soy etc.
