God i miss these old times... the screen shot of Crossroads... i remember when we used to have full blown wars at the Crossroads id yell for all my 70 buddies to come in.. that was before wotlk though when we all had tons of fun with the alliance... It wasn't "alliance owns us" or "we own alliance" it was more of we have full blown wars with them at the crossroads lol.

Then again, looking at the fanbase... If the forums are to be believed, EVERYONE who plays the game hates it, and any change to the game, no matter how minor it is is and regardless of whether it's actually beneficial is bad and cause to cancel your account.

i was gonna tank a screenshot of my lvl 80 ding but...some people asked me to do reg Gundrak when i was like 1 bar from 80,im blood speced and i was gonna dps,so the tank had to go and no one else wanted to tank,so i said"im blood but i will tank",so i dinged 80 in the middle of a bad pull with like 9 mobs(was my bad) so when i dinged i was rushing through my bags in the middle of the fight cus i had done reg Toc and got 6 epics i quickly equipped them,and by then the achievment was gone...

There is only one difference with drugs and vidio games when it comes to addiction and that is, Drugs are physicaly addictive and WoW is mentaly addictive. The problem with mental addiction is that you don't see it as a problem as you think you are having fun, when all you are really doing is the same task over and over (such as grinding for exp)

This mental addiction make you think that 'other things are much less fun that the game, I might aswell stay on the game'

About the addiction, if you have high wits and know your priorities well, than you can never fall to this game and let it ruin your life.

I play regulary + study + work + spend a great deal of my time with my GF, who I love dearly + planning to get a family.

So no, I dont think that WoW can ruin human lives, that is, as long as they have what to live for and have at least a "bit" of discipline in their hearths..
