Seriously all the black lantern figures are just creap. They seriously should of just focused on the others and maybe we would of had some of the cooler red lanterns, star sapphires, and blue lanterns. I seriously hate how like half the line is other lanterns while the other half is all just black lanterns that look ugly as shit.

@kfchrist well hal didnt actually kill everyone, he just destroyed the corps itself, and after that john couldnt exactly be back up, as all green lanterns were depowered, with the only working ring given to Kyle Rayner. I believe at this point John became a darkstar, basically a space rent-a-cop group

There's five human green lanterns actually. (Although one of them Alan Scott, is not with the Corps, and he has a magical ring instead of an Oan one.)

Anyway one of the four other human green lanterns is black yes. John Stewart. They picked him for the Justice League cartoon because they wanted to have a varied cast. (And I think personally it worked out very well.)

If you're reading the Blackest Night line and don't want spoilers then don't read this... Ganthet becomes a Green Lantern (and later), Scarecrow temporarily becomes a Yellow Lantern (or Sinestro Corps member if you prefer), Lex Luthor temporarily becomes an Orange Lantern, Wonder Woman temporarily becomes a Star Sapphire, The Flash temporarily becomes a Blue Lantern, the Atom temporarily becomes an Indigo Lantern (or Indigo Tribe member if you prefer), and Mera becomes a Red Lantern. The DC Direct figures are specifically for display. I shouldn't complain since I don't play my figures, but it's a shame they couldn't work out some better joints.

For Greenies we're getting a new John Stewart, Kyle Rayner and Arisia. The rest are spread out between the other Corps.
