@SIMONE25376 Based on your channel, I'm guessing you are Italian, and English isn't your best language? XD It sounds like a babelfish translation (possibly google translate though). In any case my PC specs are like so:

Core i7 950 (3.066GHz)

@Hugajohan Make sure you're doing everything right, and assigning enough memory (make sure you leave enough memory for your OS and other stuff. If you have 6GB, assign no more than about 3 or 4 GB to Java). It worked for me, that tutorial so it's probably you messed up a step is all.

@Sdmiles1974 It should work with 1.8. At least it did for me, however it DID disable the first time I started up. Try going back to the texture packs menu in the game and selecting it again? Possibly use an updated HD Texture packs patcher as well?

Are you using the new updated launcher (Minecraft.exe)? I couldn't even get minecraft to work without the new .exe, so if you're using an older version's launcher try getting the new one.

@KageNoAku Thanks mate, yes I re-patched and it works fine. out of interest i have 8 gig of ram, do i type something into the runtime parameters in Java? if so what do i type? cheers
