Hey Stupak! Congrats!! Seems the Gov WILL pay for abortions in two states, so far. You must be so proud. How many other states are going to follow? But you got an Executive Order making sure that would never happen - that piece of paper can now be used by your toilet. How does it feel to get screwed? You will soon be a private citizen, so get use to it.

The Obama executive order states that the 1977 Hyde Amendment language extends to the new health federally funded insurance exchanges just enacted under the new healthcare bill. These exchanges fall outside Medicaid payments federally funded for abortion. 32 States, including Texas, currently use Federal money to fund abortions under the guidelines of the Hyde Amendment and will continue to do so. 17 States use their own funds. Check out the Hyde Amendment. Hope this helps
What insurance company currently covers abortion? Got news for these guys - Abortion clinics are a cash business. That's another sickening factor of the abortion industry - these women can't be responsible by availing themselves to free birth control available in every other street corner clinic, but they can come up with 500 bucks [600 with anesthesia] for an abortion. Do the research fellas.

Napolitano is an idiot. He was an elected local judge who has no understanding of constitutional issues whatsoever. He's a "judicial analyst" because he's TV-friendly and a conservative hack. Read his WSJ articles for proof.
@Kapan60 To be clear: Napolitano is a fake TV judge. Even in this clip he contradicts himself and reveals the extent of his stupidity.
A) He says the bill will not bring about more abortions
B) He says govt will finance abortions
How can a reasonable person think that, if B is true, A isn't? Oh that's right, if they're a fake dumb local elected TV judge who makes money being a conservative hack.
I listened to the entire clip again. Judge Napolitano stated taxpayer funds may be used to pay insurance claims for abortions.
Which I agree with. The federal goverment has already spent all the money this generation has and now we're putting future generations in debt for people who are far too selfish or irresponsible to take care of their own needs.

Compared to who?
Seriously Presidens have abused executive orders and signing statements for decades. Both sides do it. Why defend it?
