You can't tell.

loading the mac to its fullest takes more power! you should try booting the iMac to the login screen exactly like the macbook pro, only then it'll be true!

these types of test are stupdi cause always the computers used in these test are not cloned or they have different os or are hace different specs so there are lots of variables too consider so the results should not be trusted

i noticed that your macbook was unplugged, alot of people dont know this but macbooks/macbook pros have their clock speed reduced automatically when on battery power... so that will make the macbook slower

The battery life isn't really a "driver issue". It's more to do with the fact that Windows uses more power to run than OS X, it's just a less efficient OS. Driver optimisation could very well improve it but it's likely not going to do all that much, at least nothing substantial that would.
