i don't knw why people say that kirk is a shitty guitarist and stuff.i think he is not the best but he has got a world of talent.he has the most memorable solos.he is the reason why many people like me picked up a guitar listening to his solos.i think he has slowed with age but he is a way better guitarist than dave mustaine.dave might be a better composer but not a better guitarist.kirk has more variety.so just try to play all of kirk solos and then comment.love u kirk

@Poorcs Well, I have to say, that a while ago I listened Dave play live and his improvising sounds like SHIT. I don't think Kirk plays very clean though, compared to real virtuosos like Friedman for example, but i like his style and he has good feel.

No no no, Lars had nothing to do with it. He just arranges the songs. Mustaine wrote all the main riffs to the songs he had co writing credit on... he used to play the riffs he wrote at the early Megadeth concerts. Hetfield only wrote those small riffs, like the riff under the solo, the less important ones.

You cannot deny Mustaine's high influence on Kill Em All.
