ya, I had never even thought of doing a cross over kick up until your tutorial. It was tricky at first, It works the best with the shoes i'm wearing in this vid. but if the club isn't just in the right place it has a tendency to flop over like a dead fish
thanks man. the first time i got the cross over kick up really smooth was actually for this vid. cuz i set it up as a choreography i knew what to do and it went a lot smother, I'd already worked out everywhere my feet would have to be.
anyways ya the wide angle helps, everything looks better wide angle.
Wowza! That was cool! If you can do 4 clubs, have you tried kicking up from 3 to 4? or either 4 to 5! It just shows how Chris explains things really good!
i just got 3 more clubs for christmas, so i'm going to start working on 4 and 5 soon. but i can just drop a club and kick up in a 3 club juggle, also twist it or spin it on, drop it in from the back between my legs, really been playing with different ways of doing them.
ya, 4 is already a totall bitch, can't even flash 4 yet, been working on it for a week. been working on just throwing hundreds of doubles in a row to start getting comfortable enough with 3. but i have a problem having them not cross. and not being in the way of the club that has to follow
dude im in the same boat....another lovely help is 441 with clubs and a lot of work on 2 up 1 up switching the hand that catches the 1. also 3 up double flash starting is good changing the hand that holds the 2.
also small tip: before the throw....make sure the FAT end of the club is pointed slightly outwards...trying to make em straight will kill your wrists. try to catch the clubs at the very end!!!!
ya, thanks for the advice. I can' do 441's with the 1 behind the back now and double spin flashes whenever i want. I really need to work on my 1 up 2 ups (alternating hands), maybe throw 360s in there. And I finally got chops, YAY!!
as far as 4 clubs go, i'm waiting for the weather to have the space to practice.
WOW! SHIT!

Yay! I finally got to see it! It is a great vid. LOVE the wide angle, too. That cross-over KU is tricky and you seem to have it mastered. Rock on!
