To say Isann language is fully Lao is not true, but Thai Isann & Lao can understand each other for the most part. Kind of like Mexico & Puerto Rico. Isann language translated is actually ThaiLao. Lao people speak different than Thai Isann with many diffent words and accent. Thai & Lao are basicly the same people and had came from the same place. We use to be one country before. Thailand & Laos are a brother country.

You know that your flag represents Pla Pik A Naed.(Ganesh) Also Lao & Thai are the same blood or ethnicity Thai & Lao =Tai.
