Yes Walter Boudreau was not the sax player. there is a version of In C called mantra on the same CD that he conducts. we have to thank Gary Todd for making these tapes available.
This is the first time I've heard any of Terry Riley's saxophonic works, and I love it as much as anything I've heard by him. Soprano sax and echo delay, damn! If he hadn't done this first I'd be doing it myself.
