@skadime in the book? Yes. Here they left in intact for dramatic purposes I guess. Still the scene (and the whole series) conveyed the feel of the original remarkably well. Hell so far I'd say this is the best book>movie adaptation ever. Can't wait for Clash of Kings!

@MrsRavenclawStudent I just finished the second book, I won't spoil anything, but expect lots of war, especially the ending, that last battle is going to look amazing in the series; and if you like Tyrion you're going to love season 2. Fantasy bits? there's definitely going to be more, but not on the level you might be hoping for, the dragons were just born at the end of season 1 so don't expect them to go razing cities and such.
