  • yea I got an 01 z28 w/ slp lm1, off road y pipe, and pacesetter longtubes wouldn't trade that noise for anything but a big cam added to it

  • hhahaha holy shit that almost sounds like my car. only thing thats diff is i got magnaflow mufflers. hahah check out my vid. our cars sound almost exactly the same....

  • Nice system, I had the SLP Loudmouth on my 98 Z28. Awesome sound needs headers.

  • haha I almost have the exact same car! WOOO TWINS!

  • Sounds Great. Throw a cam in it and ull really have something that sounds awesome

  • i think this is the best sounding exhaust out there for this car

  • why would you loose torque with the lm1 setup?

  • @l2oss You don't. People think you will because of not enough back pressure but dyno results shows that it actually helps torque.

  • whats the hp and torque of that thing stock?? just bought one w the same mods

  • for an ls1 Z28 the HP was i think 315-320hp and torque around 350. with LM1 you gain about 12-18hp but you loss some torque and back pressure. and K&N filter will get you like 5 hp.

  • Do you lose much Torque? I just bought one and ordered a loud Mouth 2

  • just a little bottom end power, but mid- high power is very noticable and will keep you in your seat.

  • did you have the slp y pipe or stock?

  • beautiful beautiful car man...

  • what size pipes did you have on this set up..... was it loud inside the car, is this a good choise for my car.

  • I just put magnaflow on my car, LOVE IT. Best flowing and I gained 2 mph on my trap speed on the quarter mile. SLP is too annoying when you just want to listen to music or talk to the passanger.

  • Try Loudmouth II. You can check out my exhaust clip, I have SLP LM II on my 02 SS, and it sounds amazing without being invasive.

  • standard nice

  • Just To clear all Of that up for those of you that are curious the 302 boss mustang was made only in 1969 and 1970 some did come with the 302 witch was "underrated" at 290 HP and 290 ft lbs of torque. But I have to say That todays muscle cars are faster and push much more horsepower then they did then. With that said the old ones were easier to work on and much better styled

  • Ok LOOK HERE epluribusunom SHUT THE FUCK UP CAUSE U DONT NO ANYTHING ABOUT MUSTANGS AS A MATTER OF FACT I HAVE AND 88 Mustang GT 5.0 & A 04 cobra

lets see if u know what type of hp stock the 88 came with do u even know anything about fuckin race cars

  • me just a guess the gt came with either 180-170Hp and 04 cobra 385Hp lemme kno if im close

  • mustangs are cool but id choose a t/a or camaro z28......unless i find the terminater 03 cobra then i choose that 1

  • same exact way

  • lol mustangs are gay.

  • If you think you own a 1970, somebody lied to you.

    No, you said "V8 302".

When i was making the reference to Stock Mustangs, I was referring to the normal-priced ones from that timeperiod.

Its interesting how defensive, loud, and profane you're getting over something so trivial. Such a display of emotion, probably means you're wrong, and you know it.

  • LMAO haha

  • So Chevy Camaro v8's are ricers? Shut up bro. I want to know your definition of a muscle car. Turbo Hondas?

  • haha no there not ricers I have a camaro, Im talkin about older muscle cars like the old camaros mustangs real muscle,

  • New pony cars are just as powerful, and usually, more powerful than the old ones. Dont act like you know what you're talking about.

  • haha thats funny cause I kinda do know what I'm talking about.

  • No, you dont.

For example: The 1964 Hardtop Mustang had a u-line, 101 horsepower 6-cylinder engine.

Todays Mustangs with a v-6 have 210 horsepower.

  • yeah thats why I said muscle cars, not v6's. You think you look smart comparing an inline 6 cylinder engine from the 60's to a 2000+ car? MY 1970 boss 302 mustang has a V8 302 making around 370 horsepower, when the stock came with about 330. Now your gonna go google it to see if I've got my facts strait. Googe will tell you however that the 302's made 290 horsepower, which is untrue because ford had to cut the"rated" horsepower for insurance purposes so they could market the car. Please STFU.

  • Wrong again, the Boss Mustangs werent released until 1971, and even then, they only had 339 HP, coming from a V-8 engine.. They werent Stock mustangs, either, they were at least 1,000$ more than normal mustangs from that timeperiod. They were also 600 pounds heavier than any other mustang being sold at the time.

Todays Stock GT mustang has 300hp with the limiter chip. Without, it clocks in at 340. The Shelby mustangs from today are around 375 Horsepower.

  • Wow man, are you seriously that stupid? There is no 1971 boss mustang. I OWN A 1970 you fucktard and they were made in 69-70. Except for the retros of today. And I said the produced 330 stock dumbass, do you even know what stock means?. Stop arguing with me and go kill yourself. You know nothing.

  • fuck off

  • sounds like sum1 got ownd by a stang

  • hahhaha

    okayyy

    your stupid bro

    go sling a rod

  • hey i got nuthin against camaros but if they attack my stang i'l fight back . the 1 car i liked the most was the trans am that was a real american muscle car check out the kevin morgan concept i hope it makes a comeback.

  • didnt your mother tell you that its not good to rev a cold engine?? Is this all stock with just the loudmouth and filter??

  • @Shawnathan101 Dude he probably didn't even get over 3 Grand. He barely tapped the gas when it was cold.

  • this with or without cats?

  • very nice!!!

  • yeah its a 5.7L LS1. I dont have this setup on there anymore, I have the TSP True Duals w/Pacesetter LT headers... checkout my other videos, sounds WAY better!

  • @curtisbirtleI have a 2002 Z28 also, Same color. Is the K&N filter worth it? Does it do much?

  • @curtisbirtles how did she run after the tune? I have a 01 SS and i still have the stock tune on it. I want a dyno tune, but is it worth dyno tuning a ls1?

  • what kinda engine is that?...5.7?

  • aughta add some longtubes, it'll be WAYYY lounder

  • same set up as me,hell yeah!
