You see, "consistency and loyalty to the Constitution" is a bit repetitive.When you have something concrete and basically unchanging, as long as you read it once in a while(which I don't think the majority of politicians bother to do even once) like the Constitution, and it's your job to protect and uphold it instead of using the teeming masses to help one usurp it's power for yourself, loyalty to that something happens.Paul does stick to it. Or at least tries.
