if I may elaborate on my older and more precocious post, I would like to say if governments and the federal Communication Commission took the incentive and initiative to 'air" these PSA's on television today, we would see a great descend in peoples "faith" in their oh so "benevolent" governments and administrations, people need to pay more studious attention to how their governments go through heinous lengths to compensate for their flaws and bury them within the depths of time..
