  • U must be a college professor before.

  • Sorry about your other channel man! im sure this one will be just as good ;)

  • thanks for your channel n your invitation.....

  • Looking forward to part 2!

  • What would be a good type of wine to start off, I'm not a big wine person, but I understand the elegance of it.. I've done this sort of thing with beer before and heavy liquors.. Would a sparkling wine be best to start off with?

    Or maybe a Merlot?

  • @Nadpu Usually people who don't like wine don't like it because of the bitter tannins. I would start off with a simple white wine like Sauvignon Blanc or a Riesling (a little sweeter). And for a red, I'd definitely start off with a lighter body Pinot Noir.

    Hope this helps!

  • @DereksDrinks It sure did!

Also have you tried a wine called Apothic Red?

It's a Red Wine I think, and my brother swears by it.. I tried it and it was a little strong, or bitter rather, for my taste.

  • @Nadpu I HAVE tried it! It's a blend of Syrah and Zinfandel so it definitely IS kind of strong. I would look for blends of softer reds like Gamay, Pinot Noir, and yes, some Merlot :)

  • Great Jo Derek! I was hoping you would eventually delve into the art of vino

  • I think I need to take notes on all that. On second thought...I'll just click the replay button lol :)

  • @Deelighful Haha I know it's a lot to take in at once. I promise, the other episodes will be a little shorter ;)
