When I saw this photo I knew she was sick, and when she went into treatment it was not surprising to me, I was so thankful she did. I love Demi, she is amazing, and I have been through similar situations and if it wasn't for her I probably never would have gotten help with cutting, and self esteem issues that happened because of bullying. Demi is my hero, and I love her to pieces. <3

The mental state that goes along with that size, and the medical complications like the loss of one's menstrual period are what truly makes a person anorexic. A person won't be diagnosed anorexic simply because they weigh a certain weight.
