this all could have been avoided had the US westernized the middle east after ww2
by this time people there would be as much in debt as their american counterparts. instead we let the the zealots and fanatics oust all the pro western leaders. now they are ready to play with the big boys. We might still change them by an overload of materialism,sex,etc...the same way the west has been pacified by those elements. nobdy wants to fight when they have something to lose
it is my understanding that "the genocide treaty/convention" already states that a person can be charged with genocide by merely stating something that "mentally" harms another. no where does it say specifically it is speaking about a country. this was introduced in 1948 and most nations signed on, but, usa was not signed on until ronald reagan.
usa did not sign under this thing until ronald reagan's presidency.
The NDAA isn't necessary to keep the nation safe...it is for dissidents, period.
