@JasonDoelren. Thanks. I've been in COGIC for 11 years now, but never known that's how the Bishops are memoralized. The first time I saw it, I was kinda freaked out. But now I get it. Thanks again

Why is the whole casket lid off like that? I've never seen that at a funeral.

@mainpaiges All Bishops in the Church of God in Christ are funeralized in this manner... In respect to their office. Most people when put in the casket only have on the top part of their bodies clothed anyway... The Bishops, in respect to their office are fully dressed even down to their underwear.
