1 - You look thinner and smaller, making it hard for players to hit you with a DMR, alongside with the inclement weather effect, it is very irritating for players to aim at a cloud full of fussy lightnings and trying to get a headshot.

2 - It makes it hard for the energy sword to have a lunge lock on you because you look thinner.

Therefore being a female spartan gives a slight advantage in multiplayer matchmaking.
