Awesome vid. This guy is amazing. Some of the most dynamic posing I've seen. Really knows how to get the crowd involved. I have news, though, for the guy below who talks about being natural. Virtually ALL pro bodybuilders cycle roids, no matter what anybody tries to tell you. I do cycles occasionally myself. And that's not to take ANYTHING away from the massive amount of work these guys do or from the bodys they are able to attain.

Wow I saw this video once before but now watching it again I'm not sure if his son is natural cause he is pretty big while being cut and he stands his ground against his dad. I know them both. They go to my Gold's Gym in Boca Raton FL. Renel is definitely natural. His dad worked his way into the pro ranks naturally as well. A larger % of bodybuilding than you may think has to do with pure genetics.

He competed at 155.. His dad competes at 230! He has to gain 75 pounds of muscle to be as muscular as his dad. Since he's shorter if he were to compete at 215 he'd look like his dad @ 230lbs. Still thats 60 pounds of pure muslce.. Guys usually gain 10lbs a year of muscle if they're lucky.. So if Renel does so he'll be 215 by the time he's 22 years old.. Darrem has been competing in the range of 215 to 230 since his 20's..
