why do people keep trying to justify 200 pounds as being healthy?? unless you are 6 foot 1 200 pounds is NOT healthy. healthy is 150 pounds 5ft 6 27 inch waist 37 inch hips and 36 inch bust, BMI 24.8

She is 200 lbs of solid MUSCLE. She burns more calories probably in sleep because of the muscle mass than you do walking.
