Hey I got a 88 4runner, and would like to know the difference between what I got and this soild front axle?

thats an 86 or older - solid front axel.

Actually 84 and 85s came with solid axle from factory. This truck i did a solid axle swap from an 85 runner. I brawls really hard

you got me there. lol... yeah they are sweet rides. they still have a few of them around here (vancouver canada) but they rust like a mad mofo... cheers.
yea i have an 86..im lookin to SAS it but i heard its really hard. what did you think when you sased yours?
