@TheHello1140 lean forward to level it out. when you bunnyhop, lift up your front tire as high as you want to bunnyhop and when you get off the ground, spin your shoulders really hard and fast in order to not land 270. check out my flat 360 video. you gotta lean forward after you jump off, forget trying to tuck in, you will do it naturally if you lean forward. it's scary cause you can bail like he did a couple times in the video, but it's how to get them nice and flat.

you need to hop higher, i had the same problem, so i started hoping higher and thinking about a 180, and soon enoough i was spinning flat, back flips are easier than pulling a true 360, i think, hope this helps
