Caroline Trentini is a very accomplished model who moved to NYC when she was 14 years old. Lima is less accomplished and didn't move to USA till she was almost 19. Also, Carol has a much higher IQ and she has a smart, sophisticated American boyfriend. Both these things are extremely helpful in learning language, and when combined with moving to USA at a much younger age, it adds up to much better English.
