Well Dreaming does have multiple guitar parts....but so do many of their songs that they play live, they could prolly manage to come up with a live version. The main problem would be the vocals Serj sings over himself at times, basically serj would have to find a way to sing both parts simultaineously. Then theres darons singing. It wouldnt be impossible to sing a live version of this song. It may not be impossible, but it would be difficult to make a good sounding live version.
