$3,500 is a fair price. There will be thousands of regular projectors in upcoming years but this company will probably on make this product once, it's one of a kind.

$3500?!?! that's worth more than the value of my car :-( that's a lot of money for something that does the things my computer already does... except the whole "mobile projector" thing... then again... projectors aren't even $3500!! for that pricetag I would want at least some super high def that isn't limited to 1080... this IS r2d2 we are talking about here. But, then again, r2d2 came from a technology that is thousands of years old... so technically this should be only $1 :-)
